Inspired by excellent Japan pics from @marauder & @mikeodea, BOOM I busted out the #Hario V60 & made a stellar cuppa ~ Here’s what I did: Using 1g coffee : 17g water ratio taught to me by @sherpakid, measured 18g of @madcapcoffee #Gacokwe, ground course @ 24 on #Baratza Encore burr grinder, & brought 317g of H2O to boil then down to 208F for the pour over - note: the filter was pre-wetted with hot water, water was filter via #Brita, grounds were fully moistened to “bloom” for 20 secs or so & the cup was warmed with hot water ~ try this set up & let me know what you think + would love to hear your fave #coffee extraction set ups ~ #OhSoGood #AlwaysChasingThatPerfectCupOfCoffee #CoffeeIsMyCrack #DripperV60 (Taken with instagram)
