If we all rode our bikes our carbon footprints would be the size of thumbprints…
If we all rode our bikes… no one would smoke, because it would make hill climbs too hard.
If we all rode our bikes… we’d live in a happy, utopian society, because we’d all be able to eat 6000 cal a day and not gain and ounce.
If we all rode our bikes… we’d be in the best shape of our lives, every day of our lives.

If your quadriceps AND calf’s do not ache…
You obviously didn’t ride fast enough.
Half of next weeks race distance done in less than half of my goal time without a Peloton and with higher elevation than the whole thing next week. Pretty happy with that.

Thanks to the patience of da Mrs., tomorrow morning I am now doing this NYCVelo / Stumptown ride with da uber fast @Sherpakid.
Imma super lame for not racing tomorrow but UBER excited to be hitting the new Stumptown shop in Red Hook.
