Bourdain. Zamir. KC BBQ. The Black Keys. The Chiefs.
So I grew up in KC from 5 years old on. I ate BBQ & other grilled wonders my entire childhood. I had season tickets to The Chiefs after I returned from B-school. I tailgated at Arrowhead drinking heavily and eating smoked meats…at 9 in the am…before noon kickoffs. It was a mind numbing, glorious way to waste a Sunday.
